Using the DMP method:
Direct Metal Printing.
In direct metal printing, the parts are built layer by layer. This method can produce the most complex parts.
Metal powder particles are fused with high precision laser. The laser is directed to the powder particles to selectively build thin horizontal layers. Connecting each new layer to the previous layer brings a quality alternative to traditional manufacturing processes. The pieces are not built by removing material at different stages, but by adding material. One of the benefits derived from this method: fast build times and the ability to produce very complex assemblies as a single part.
